ABOUTハラペコラボについて

Harapecolab is a food creator group that offers delicious food and a fun space that combines food and art.
In 2013, the catering business "Harapeko Laboratory" started by a single person, and gradually gained more partners and began operating mainly in Fukuoka City.
In 2017, they changed the name of their shop to "Harape Collabo" and set up an atelier in Minami-ku, Fukuoka City. They make and sell their representative work "Kobutsu Okashi", sell original goods, and provide catering and obento in the surrounding area.
The company was incorporated in November 2019 as Melting Pot Harape Collabo Co., Ltd., and in May 2022, it opened its second store, Harape Collabo Osaka, in Kitahorie, Osaka. She is currently working to expand the world of artistic food. Her books include "How to Make Sparkling Mineral Sweets" (published by KADOKAWA) and "Salad Road."
