- When will it be shipped? Can you send it right away?

Shipping times vary depending on your order status.

●Normal shipping
=We will ship your order within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
Once the weekly limit has been reached, the item will be marked as sold out, but as a general rule, stock will be replenished once a week and orders will begin again.
● Pre-order shipping
If the item is out of stock for shipping within 5 business days, the cart button will change to "Reserve."
If you preorder from here, it will be shipped the following week.
Since we produce and ship in order, we cannot guarantee the date of shipment even if you contact us.
●Made to order
= Please note that we do not keep any stock and will produce and ship after receiving your order, so it may take up to one month for your order to arrive.

Even if frozen items (cassata) are purchased at the same time as room temperature items (sweets and goods), they will be sent separately as they have different temperature ranges.

- Can I specify a date and time?
- As a general rule, you cannot specify the arrival date and time.
Since we make and ship in order, we cannot ship according to your request even if you contact us after purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
- Since it's a gift, can you hide the amount?
- Items with price listed will not be included.
If you require a delivery invoice or receipt, please enter your [Order Code] and [Purchaser Name] in the link sent to you in the email after shipping, then go to your My Page and download it yourself.
- It's a gift so can you wrap it for me?
- I'm sorry.
We are currently not offering wrapping service.
- I made a mistake with the delivery address. I would like to change it. Is this possible?
- Please contact us via the website inquiry or email harapecolab@gmail.com with your correct delivery address, name, and phone number.
We will correct the address before shipping and will send it to the address you provided.
- I want to check if my order has been placed
- The order completion email is sent automatically. Please check your spam folder to make sure it is not there.
