How to join and take lessons

After purchasing an online lesson from the purchase cart, please first apply to follow our member-only account @harapecolab_online and let us know your purchase number and name.

Once approved, you will be able to access your member-only account.

(Account approval will be done by the 10th of the month of enrollment.)

 

We will hold a cooking class via Instagram live broadcast once a month.

Please watch from your home or anywhere you like.

We will send you the recipe in advance so you can prepare the ingredients and make it together in the comfort of your own kitchen.

 If you can't attend the lesson on the day, don't worry! You can watch the archived version anytime, anywhere.

How to cancel your membership

*Please note

If you purchase a continuing course, you cannot cancel your membership for three months after joining.

Please note that if you have purchased the 12-month one-time plan, you will be forced to cancel your membership after the 12 months have passed, and refunds will not be available if you wish to cancel midway through the term.

If you wish to cancel your membership, please apply for cancellation by following the steps below.
Please note that there is a deadline for requesting cancellation.

[Cancellation application period ]

By the 20th of the month prior to the month you wish to withdraw (for example, if you wish to withdraw at the end of November and will not be taking classes from December onwards, you must apply by November 20th)

Your cancellation will be processed at the end of the month in which you applied. The following month's monthly fee will not be deducted. Also, if the lesson content for that month (broadcast, question reception, answering of questions) does not end at the end of the month, we will make arrangements so that you can enjoy the content until the lesson content ends.



[ Cancellation Procedure ]

[1] Please complete the cancellation procedure yourself from your subscription account page, and then fill out the following information in the message on Instagram for online lesson members to apply for cancellation.

①Email address

②Name

③Instagram ID

④ Month you wish to cancel

⑤Reason for withdrawal

[2] After the lesson for the month in which you applied for cancellation, we will cancel the corresponding Instagram account. Although you may receive an email from Shopify regarding the withdrawal of the following month's monthly tuition, the following month's monthly tuition will not be withdrawn.

[3] You will receive a "Subscription Cancellation Email (Notification of Completion of Cancellation Process)" from Shopify. Please check it.

[4] Once you have completed the cancellation procedure, you will no longer be able to use any online content for the cooking class.

* Please make sure to apply for withdrawal by the 20th of the month you wish to withdraw . If you apply for withdrawal after that date, you will be withdrawn at the end of the following month and will be charged another month's tuition. Please note that we cannot refund monthly tuition on a pro rata basis.
