How do I participate in a cooking class?

A: We will live stream the lesson on our "members only" Instagram account. After the lesson, we will upload an archive of the streamed video, so you can watch it as many times as you like at your convenience.

Q: Can we make it together?

A: We will inform you of the ingredients and recipes in advance, so please prepare them and we can make them together. However, please note that we may have to replace dishes due to lesson time.

Q: Can I participate from home?

A: Of course you can participate. You can participate from anywhere in Japan or overseas. However, we recommend that you attend the class in a location with good Wi-Fi and other facilities.

Q: Can I ask questions?

A Yes, you can ask questions. If you have any questions about the recipes introduced that month, you can feel free to ask them during the lesson using the comments function. In addition, after the lesson, we will have a "Question Posting Corner (for a limited time)" on Instagram, where we will accept questions in the comments section. However, although we can give advice on new recipe combinations using substitute ingredients, we cannot introduce new recipes. In addition, we cannot answer questions about past recipes that have passed the question deadline or recipes introduced in books. Please be aware of this in advance.

Q: Can I get the recipe?

A Yes. It will be published on our members-only Instagram account, instagram@harapecolab_online.

*Recipe sheets for printing are only available to current month members. Recipe sheets will not be distributed to those who have not joined the membership before.

Q: Is payment only by credit card?

A Yes. We only accept credit cards.

Q I haven't received a purchase completion email, is it possible to check if my order has been placed?

Q After purchasing, I applied to follow someone, but my Instagram follow request has not been approved even after the 10th of the following month.

A: Have you applied to follow us on Instagram? After you have applied, please send us your order number and name via DM and we will confirm your request to follow you.

Q: Can I cancel my application?

A: Generally, we do not accept cancellations of applications. (Cancellation of one-off courses is not possible.)

If you wish to cancel your subscription plan, your cancellation will be accepted 3 months after joining, and you will be able to use the cooking classes for 3 months before cancelling the following month. You can cancel your membership from your account. After that, please apply for cancellation via Instagram direct message.

In special cases, such as accidentally purchasing more than one item, please contact us via the "Contact Us" section on this website.

Q Can I participate in the cooking class for just one month?

A Please purchase a one-off class.

Q Can I change the credit card I registered?

A Yes.
