商品を購入するWhat is Amber Sugar?
Kohakuto, a traditional Japanese confectionery, is made from simple ingredients: water, sugar, and agar. Liqueurs, juices, and natural colorings are added to recreate a wide variety of flavors and colors, and skilled confectioners create a wide variety of kohakuto by cutting each one out and crafting it like a mineral or jewel.
This technique produces unique pieces that look like raw stones straight out of a mineral picture book or real gemstones, none of which are the same. The name Koubutsu Okashi comes from the combination of the word "favorite food" and "minerals," and is a very cute sweet.
