One of Harape Collabo's representative works, which is based on the theme of "Playing with Artistic Food", is "Salad Road", a table-top piece that weaves together various dishes around a row of salads.
He usually provides catering services and other meals for customers, which could be called "installations," but this book is packed with many more edgy and beautiful scenes.

This visual book can be called a culmination of Nojiri Tomomi's work, which took a year to photograph Salad Road through all four seasons.
